Refund Policy

Information regarding refunds for our services.

1. General Policy

At CodientLabs, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which CodientLabs may provide a refund, the process for claiming a refund, and the responsibility of CodientLabs in circumstances resulting in a refund claim.

2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services offered by CodientLabs, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • SEO & Local SEO Optimization
  • Mobile App Development
  • Digital Marketing (PPC, Social Media, Email)
  • Branding & Creative Services
  • UI/UX Design
  • ERP / Custom Software Development

Specific refund terms for retainer-based services or subscription services will be detailed in the respective Service Agreement.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not generally offered for services already rendered or for work that has commenced as per the agreed-upon project scope and timeline. We invest significant time and resources into each project from the outset.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If CodientLabs fails to commence work on the project within a reasonable timeframe as stipulated in the Service Agreement, and no prior notification or alternative arrangement has been made.
  • Service Not as Described (Major Discrepancy): If the delivered service is substantially different from what was agreed upon in the signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work, and CodientLabs is unable to rectify the discrepancy within a reasonable period after being notified.
  • Cancellation by CodientLabs: If CodientLabs cancels a project for reasons not attributable to a client's breach of contract, a partial or full refund for uncompleted work may be issued.

Initial Deposits: Initial deposits or upfront payments are generally non-refundable as they cover project initiation costs, resource allocation, and initial work undertaken.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

CodientLabs will not issue refunds in the following (but not limited to) situations:

  • Client changes their mind or no longer wishes to proceed with the project after work has commenced.
  • Client fails to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner, thereby delaying the project.
  • Client's dissatisfaction is due to subjective preferences that were not clearly communicated or fall outside the agreed scope of work.
  • Project delays or issues caused by third-party services, platforms, or hosting providers not under CodientLabs's direct control.
  • Services have been completed and delivered according to the Service Agreement.
  • For digital marketing or SEO services, as results can vary and are not guaranteed due to the nature of search engine algorithms and market dynamics. We commit to delivering the agreed-upon services and strategies.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our support team at billing@codientlabs.com within 14 days of the occurrence of the event that you believe makes you eligible for a refund. Your request should include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Project name and date of Service Agreement.
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, with reference to the specific terms of your Service Agreement.
  • Any supporting documentation.

CodientLabs will review your request within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding refund eligibility.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-30 business days via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Any approved refunds may be subject to deductions for work already completed or costs incurred by CodientLabs.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disagreements amicably. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us first to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair solution.

7. Changes to This Policy

CodientLabs reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
